Typically under 24″ from the ground with minimal stairs and railing.
Gold
Small to mid size Fiberon Goodlife composite decks. Includes aluminum picket railings, skirting and stairs or smaller walk out decks.
Diamond
Large custom multi level composite and PVC decks. Allows for all deck accessories such as curved deck boards, lighting, large stairs, custom railings, privacy walls and full enclosed skirting.
Maverick
Large wrap around multi zone and walk out decks with Deckorators Voyage decking carrying a 50 year structural, 25 year stain and fade and 25 year labor warranty. These decks include all the bells and whistles. They allow for the full range of deck accessories including lighting, topless glass railing, Trex rain escapes, soffit and potentially roofs to give you a covered space. 3D renderings are standard with this tier to help you visualize your deck before we build it.
